Rich marinara sauce surrounds tender shrimp mixed with tangy cheese and tree-ripened Kalamata olives. Serve over pasta for a quick and easy homemade meal in less than 30 minutes. Ask for whole wheat pasta where available.
Thaw in refrigerator
1. Fill large pot 3/4 full of water. Add 1 tsp. salt. Bring to boil. Add fettuccine and cook 9-11 min. or until desired tenderness. Drain, return to pot, add 1 Tbsp. olive oil and toss to coat.
2. Add sauce to pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer 7-8 min. Add cheese & olive blend and warm through.
3. Meanwhile drain liquid from shrimp, and add 1 Tbsp. of olive oil to large saute pan and saute shrimp, until shrimp just turn pink, about 2-4 min.
4. Add shrimp to sauce and serve immediately over pasta.
*NOTE: Overcooking shrimp will cause them to be tough and chewy.
