THAWED:
1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Remove lid and discard. Sprinkle desired amount of red pepper flakes on top of pasta. Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray and tightly cover pan. Cook on middle rack of oven for 40-45 min.
3.Remove foil and place on top rack of oven, cook for 7-10 min. until golden and cheese is bubbly.
FROZEN:
1.Preheat oven to 375°F.

2.Remove lid and sprinkle desired amount of red pepper flakes on top of pasta and return lid to pan. Cook covered on middle rack of oven for 1hr 15 min.
3.Remove lid and place on top rack of oven, cook for 7-10 min. until golden and cheese is bubbly.
